Alternatively you can verify your status online by visiting this website http://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc1/verifysenatelists  to verify.
Just select your school, enter your matriculation number aka id number, your date of birth and surname,
If your name is in the list you will see the message below
Your record has being successfully added, your name, I.D number and surname will be displayed.
