How Scammers and Fraudsters Operate Online

Scammers or internet fraudsters are common today and many people continue to fall victims to them. Most people   do not know this people or at least how they operate; here I am going to expose one of the tactics and tricks they use to lure their victim to be.
Internet fraudsters will first locate your contact information; your name, email or phone number, after obtaining this information they will proceed to know the kind of business you do and see how they could advertise a fake service to you.
The example  I am going to give here is peculiar  to domainers,  this scammers will carry out a whois look up of your domain name to get your domain and email contact , the next step they will send you an email saying that it is time to complete your search engine domain registration or else you risk to lose  your numerous customers through search engine search, they will continue to tell you that  if you fail to register your domain name  ( search engine listing) the offer will expire and  it will be difficult for you r customers to locate you online.
The messages they will send to you contain, a link to website that they want you to visit and register, a payment option etc. They own the website and when you pay it goes to their account.
What we know about search engine listing is that search engine like Google in particular has to crawl the entire web, to look for new website or blog, before indexing and before ranking them but these scammers are asking for search engine inclusion of a domain name, an undeveloped website.
Below is a sample of a message I received.
