KEY FACES IN PDP AND STILL IN APC



2015 general elections has being conducted and won, the PDP has being thrown out of office at the national and many states levels,  new party,  all progressive congress has set in  and a new government is formed. but there are many politicians that are paramount in the former government , peoples that are major stakeholders and major office  holders  through  the sixteen years of PDP misrule that are still participating actively in this now government. below are some of tem





·         Mr. Rotimi amaechi: He is a key PDP figure before he decamp to APC, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi  was the governor of oil rich river state, the chairman   of NGF, the Nigerian governors  forum and a prospective anointed pdp presidential flagbearer  if not for the stubbornness of GEJ.
why we need politicians as ministers
· Alhaji Atiku Abubakar: Before he joins apc, he is a pdp co-founder , a member of G34,   A VICE PRESIDENT  for 8 years under PDP. A PROSPECTIVE pdp presisidential  flagbearer if not for his grievance with his former boss, chief obasanjo.

Mr. Bukola Saraki: The  present senate president of the 8th assembly , an APC card carrying member, prior to this he   was the governor of kwara state for  8 years under pdp, the chairman northern governor’s forum and pdp presidential contestantin 2011. no wonder he colluded with pdp and maneuver his ways into the senate presidency  against his party general will.
·         Mr.  Yakubu Dogara:   A frontline Bauchi state  politician and currently the speaker of the lower chamber. prior to the above he is a frontline Bauchi state , a two time member of house of representative from PDP and a  chairman on many house committees.
·        
Mallam Rabilu Musa Kwankwaso: A former Kano state  governor,  a minister in the past pdp government and now a frontline APC member and senator.

·         Chief Obasanjo: The godfather of pdp is a key pdp member , co-founder   and a subsequent sponsor. there was pdp with Obasanjo and there is no pdp without obasanjo.   even though  he hasn’t made his decamping publically but his tearing  o his former party membership card and his action prior to the election  said it all as action speak louder than voice.
it is not surprising that the people’s democratic party  publicity secretary Mr. Oliseh Metuh recently remark  that all apc member are corrupt except buhari,  also only three out  36  ministerial nominees  submitted to buhari  by the apc  pass corruption screening, all the the rest are guilty in one way or the other. the recent power struggle  both the in the  lower and upper chambers sow that only BABA Buhari that is different from the rest of the apc members.
